Coverage
Any available warranty is product-specific and subject to the terms provided with that product or by its supplier. A warranty may cover confirmed manufacturing defects under normal intended use. It does not replace a fitment check or professional installation.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, finish changes from heat or environmental exposure, damage from impact, improper installation, modifications, racing incidents, misuse, or problems caused by another vehicle component. Labour, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, shipping and incidental costs are not covered unless confirmed in writing.
Making a claim
Contact us before removing or sending back the product. Include the order number, vehicle details, photos, a description of the issue and proof of qualified installation where relevant. We may need to inspect the component or obtain supplier review before a warranty decision is made.
Track-use components
Products identified as track-use only are not represented as legal for public-road use in Canada. Their use is at the customer's responsibility and must follow the specific product information supplied with the order.
